  • Practice Intuitive Eating
  • Learn how to create confidence and motivation
  • Transform problematic eating patterns


What’s included:

  • Daily email and program videos, worksheets, and journaling in the online portal
  • Connection with non-diet nutritionist, and other group members, in the group chat
  • Daily coaching from me in the Eating Awareness Practice journal (if done in the online platform/app) 
  • Live Coaching and Q&A session on Saturday January 6th from 10-11am (EST)
