Finding Balance Retreat

August 17 @ 10:00 am - 4:30 pm

$150

Finding Balance allows us to find the middle ground where ease, confidence and clarity are the feelings from which we respond in our daily life.  It is a process of connecting with our body and inner wisdom, coming into the present moment to listen and respond to what we need now, instead of pushing through.

The concept of Finding Balance developed through conversations about how we ourselves, and our clients, often flip flop from one extreme to another – hyper focused on getting things done, producing, performing, eating “right,” and then crashing, numbing out, giving up, falling off the wagon.

Finding Balance is building our awareness of subconscious thoughts, nervous system responses and habitual patterns that we can deconstruct to make space for more consciously choosing how we want to think, feel and act.

In our Finding Balance retreat we combined mindful yoga, meditation, eating awareness practice and information on nutrition, intuitive eating, nervous system regulation and sleep.  Through embodiment practice, personal sharing and discussion people experience a transformation in thinking and relating to themselves and their body.
