Introducing The Intuitive Living Collective: Self-Trust & Cyclical Wisdom

Welcome to a space where women like you can reconnect with your inner wisdom and pursue your goals in a new way that liberates you from patriarchy’s subtle hold so you can trust yourself and believe in your inherent worth – all rooted in shared connection and natural rhythms.

If you’ve ever looked around at your life and thought, “I should have figured this out by now” — you’re not alone. You’ve done the work. You’ve read the books, made gratitude lists, explored your birth chart, tried yoga, and maybe even have a self-care practice.

And still, something feels off.

That quiet, persistent inner voice is still asking:

Why do I keep struggling with the same things?

Why can’t life be easy, like it is for other people?

What’s wrong with me?

I’ve created a new kind of space just for you. One where women like you can reconnect with your inner wisdom and pursue your goals in a new way that liberates you from patriarchy’s subtle hold so you can trust yourself and believe in your inherent worth – all rooted in shared connection and natural rhythms.

Why an Intuitive Living Collaborative?

I’m a nutritionist by training, with a background in social work. I’ve always been fascinated by human nature, why we do what we do.  My interest in nutrition was born from trying to heal my own relationship with food and my body (an entanglement of coping with anxiety and the impacts of dieting since the age of 8) and my experience with how nourishing food can support health and wellbeing.

Along with a Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics, I also pursued training in Intuitive Eating, a non-diet approach to cognitive behavioral coaching — plus my own seeking (yoga, breath work, somatic experiencing, sacred feminine moon ceremonies, and reading Eckhart Tolle, Deepak Chopra, Caroline Myss, and Brene Brown, to name a few)

 – because I recognize that everything is interconnected: Mind-Body-Spirit-Earth-Cosmos.

Our struggles with food is never just about the food.  Our struggle with our bodies is never just about our body.  Our struggles in relationships are never just about the relationship.

In my own journey, and my work with hundreds of people, changing “bad” habits, lack of motivation for things we “should” do, or trying to build confidence and ease in our lives, always comes down to exploring deeper layers.

Because when we can shift the core issues, then everything else starts to fall into place with a lot less effort.

And what I’ve found to be the main core issue for hundreds of women:  a lack of self-trust.

The foundation of my work as a non-diet nutritionist has been to help people build a trusting relationship with themselves and their body so they can listen to the intuitive feedback about how to eat and care for themselves most effectively.

And inevitably, this work that begins around food, starts to permeate other areas of their lives (intimate relationships, career paths, home environment, to name a few).

So why not start with the core work of building self-trust and learning to live intuitively and allow it to transform your life?

I saw the power of this approach in a small group I started last year.  A gathering of women that began about Intuitive Eating and morphed into applying the core intuitive principles to various aspects of life.  And there was a powerful resonance in our collective meeting.

We heard each other’s stories and realized we weren’t alone.

We saw our own patterns reflected with compassion.

We felt seen and supported in ways even therapy hadn’t touched.

One woman said, “I get more out of this group than I ever have in therapy.” Another told me, “This is the first place I’ve felt safe to be honest about what I’m still struggling with.”

This is the first place I’ve felt safe to be honest about what I’m still struggling with.”

– Previous Collective Participant

In my own life, I’ve been following the moon cycles, tapping into the sacred feminine power connected with living in tune with the natural cycles.  I’ve been amazed at how this orientation, layered with the principles of building self trust, intuition, and aligned goal setting, has propelled me forward more easily and shifted things more deeply, than ever before.

And so I created the Intuitive Living Collective: Self-Trust & Cyclical Wisdom.  A sacred container for women to reclaim their connection to their intuitive power with the help of guided practices and collective meeting under the new and full moons.

This group is for you

If you’ve asked yourself “Why is life still so hard?”

You’ve done the work — you’ve read the books, taken the course, tried everything it seems. You know the tools and the mindset shifts you’re supposed to make. And yet… life still feels harder than it should. You keep repeating the same patterns you swore you’d break.

If you wonder what’s wrong with you.

After all this time, all this “work,” you still feel stuck. You start to wonder if maybe something is actually wrong with you. You tell yourself you should be over this by now, which only makes you feel more defeated. You keep searching for the next thing that will finally fix you. But no matter what you try, that deeper shift you’re longing for hasn’t happened – yet.

If an inner critic is still plaguing you.

That voice that questions every decision, warns you about what other people might think, and nitpicks your every move. Even when you accomplish something, she’s quick to tell you it’s not enough or that you didn’t do it quite right. You understand she’s there to keep you safe, but in reality, she keeps you small, tense, and always striving.  And you haven’t been able to get her to shut up.

If you’re constantly “shoulding” yourself.

You feel the weight of obligations and push yourself to get everything done on your list. And it feels good to get things done (or is that just the relief from the anxiety of things undone, of someone’s potential disappointment?).  When you finally do sit down to rest, there’s an inner dialogue:  “I’m so lazy. I should be doing something more productive.”  Sometimes the only relief is to numb out with television, food, alcohol…

If you override, or are oblivious to, your needs & desires.

Rest feels like something you have to earn, not something you can choose. You override your own boundaries to meet expectations — sometimes you don’t even realize you’ve done it until you’re simmering with resentment. When someone asks you what you really want, you hesitate… because you’re not even sure anymore. You know what’s expected of you, but your own desires feel blurry, distant, or impractical.

If you think it would just be easier for someone else to tell you what to do.

You’re used to researching the next plan thinking you should trust someone else who’s figured it out.  Years of looking outside yourself for answers — for approval, for advice, for validation — have made you question whether you can even trust your own instincts. On the rare occasions you hear that inner voice, you immediately second-guess it.

There’s nothing wrong with you.  This all makes sense because…

  • You’ve grown up in a patriarchal society that teaches us to be “good girls:” be pleasing, be productive, don’t make waves.
  • You’ve been taught to believe you don’t know (patriarchy’s deliberate design to sever us from our intuitive wisdom).
  • You’ve internalized the belief that your worth is tied to how much you give, how much you achieve, and how well you fit into the mold.

And even though you may know all this in your mind, it’s still stuck in your psyche, in your body. It keeps playing out over and over — in the way you doubt yourself, in the way you push yourself, and in the way you question your worthiness.

What Becomes Possible with Building Self-Trust

When you reconnect to your inner wisdom, make your opinion the most important one, and align your goals with your own values, desires, and rhythm …

  • Your mind gets quieter (the critic finally at rest)
  • You trust your decisions (no more second-guessing)
  • You set boundaries and actually keep them (no more resentment)
  • You stop needing to control everything (because you trust that you have your own back no matter what)

And maybe for the first time in a long time, you feel peace. You feel clarity. You feel you.

Clients who have developed self trust say:

I’m more authentically myself now, doing the things I’ve always hoped for without feeling like I have to become a completely different person. By changing the way I think, the actions I wanted to take now just fall into place naturally.” – Elissa

I’m more authentically myself now

-Elissa

I feel in control now – I’m making decisions with confidence because I trust myself and my needs.” – Erin

By re-evaluating the societal constraints and quieting the judgmental voices in my head, I feel more empowered.  This helped me to eat the way I want to eat and create a life that works for me –  I quit my job to work remotely because I started to trust my inner clarity about what I wanted.”  – Morgan

Working with Julia was unlike any other experience I have ever had.  She basically helped me conclude what I already knew in a way no one else has been able to.  Through open sharing, non judgmental curiosity, and putting certain practices into action I was able to reaffirm what I have always known deep down inside: I know how to take care of myself.  Building self-trust gave me the ability to listen to the voice inside that knows what to eat, that knows how to move my body, that knows how to rest, that knows how to drink enough fluids.  I now trust my body and trust myself to respond to my needs and desires.” – Isabel

This is about you, but it’s also bigger than you.

We are in the midst of a huge shift. The patriarchy is clinging to its power, but more and more women are reclaiming theirs.

As we turn our attention inward, build self-trust, and reconnect with our intuitive wisdom, we create a ripple effect. We are participating in a cultural shift — one that invites the feminine aspects of life back into balance: embodiment, intuition, surrendered power, connection to the natural flow.

The Intuitive Living Collective is a place for you to be part of this movement, to reclaim your inner wisdom and strength so you can impact the world around you in a new way.
