Finding Balance: A Day to Connect & Reset

Do you long for space to breathe, reconnect, and restore?
Take a break from being productive and say “YES!” to a chance to rest and replenish at our Finding Balance Retreat.
This day is a chance to:
- Step away from the constant “doing”
- Rediscover what you need to feel grounded and whole
- Connect—gently and authentically—with your body, your breath, and a like-hearted community
You’ll be supported through:
- A morning yoga class (no experience needed)—slow, accessible movement to help you land in your body
- A home-cooked meal and an Eating Awareness practice to awaken the mind-body connection and experience satisfaction in eating
- Time outside in nature by the pool—swim, wander, journal, or just be
- A guided Yoga Nidra meditation—deep rest for your body and nervous system
There will be space throughout the day to chat about topics like Intuitive Eating, nervous system regulation, self-compassion, getting restful sleep, and more — engage at a level that feels helpful to you.
Bring your bathing suit, your half-finished book, your journal—or come with nothing at all. Leave behind your to-do list and expectations.
